看了几篇总结，都提到了外籍会员的问题，而我是这次主要对接者，必须写些东西（当时又要负责翔安装备，肯定有很多纰漏，希望大家指出批评，为以后外出提供宝贵建议）
【报名】：我，兴婷各帮两个报名，沁雅周四体训时加入
【组成】：四个印度，一个哈沙克斯坦(沁雅)

【前期准备】：创了个微信群，将外籍会员和思鸿拉入，后来把洪美拉入介绍文建（没效果），我负责装备方面翻译，思鸿负责daily life
A.<装备注意事项>
Advance notice,
please study carefully when leading equipment

C.<出发前一天再次强调>
Emphasize again
1.About time... we will meet tomorrow, April 29th, at 7:10am in the canteen, (soyou must get up early)we need to distribute food, including bread, steam bread.

2.It is forbidden to carry private goods but emergency food is not included inthis list. Emergency food includes:

D.<回来提醒整理装备>
Daiyun Equipment Return
Because of the weather, maybe this trip giveyou a bad impression. But I am very happy to have an unforgettable experiencewith you all. While you are happy and happy, please do not forget to tidy upthe equipment!
Requirements 1) The sleeping bag should be air-dried, and the moisture-proof mat and matmust be brushed clean and then dry (do not expose to the sun too long).
(2)The mountaineering bag and the rain cover should be wiped cleanly (do not use astiff brush). You can wipe it with a damp cloth. . Do not use any detergent.Please don't miss your own items and rubbish in mountaineering bags (specialattention to side pockets, top pockets, etc.). Remember! (3) to confirm that the equipment you havereceived is not lost or damaged. It has been processed to a clean and tidystate that it can be returned, otherwise it will be sent back and re-arranged.
(4)Please gather in the east gate on the 4th, May (Friday) at 12:30 punctually andI will take you to the equipment room to return the equipment. If you cannotarrive, please find someone to replace it. please don't be late,

问题
1.沟通问题无疑是存在的，这属于硬伤，在次我不作陈述，
2.人数问题：这次有五个，偏多，下次应该控制在2个或3个，等协会具有一定国际化能力后再适当增加。
3.迟到问题：这次因为我预料到他们会迟到，再加上他们中有三个后勤，而东平这边7:00可以拿到馒头和水煮蛋，所以我给他们定的是7:10在食堂集合，分配后勤(还有特香包)，一起吃饭后在前往南门集合(原计划是7:50大家南门集合)，，但………7:10我到的时候，只有沁雅和我一起到达(东平已经拿到后勤)，另外四个外籍会员直到7:30之后才到达，而且装后勤时发现他们的包完全没有撑开，而这时想7:50按时到达南门时间已经很紧张了，于是我和东梅😏😏各自带了些后勤，打算在车上重新分配————反思:这次因为是先在食堂集合，即使他们准时到了，我们也可以说先吃饭再分配后勤，然后走到南门，中间的40分钟可以很快过去，但如果是直接在南门集合，那沁雅这样准时到的人就要为别人的迟到买单，这是非常不公平的。此处说一下：不同地方对时间概念理解是不一样，就像如果你去非洲一些地方，你可能会发现那儿根本就没有准时这一说法，印度很多时候也差不多，所以我们不应该过分责怪他们，我们能做的就是尽量强调时间，让他们意识到迟到的后果，避免错过车
4.装备问题：对他们进行的装备注意提醒只有我发的advancenotice和领装备时的一些提醒示范，但这些太杯水车薪了，以至于出现很多次单肩受力......的错误，(欣慰的一点是下包不扣腰环没怎么出现)
5. 职务问题：这次翔安这边安排了三个后勤，而且全部是外籍会员（Vishesh, Vaishali, 沁雅），所以志国拜托了东梅帮忙买，最后分配一下，这个职务我个人觉得很合适，没出现什么问题。还安排了一个摄影（Vishal），据反映有个外籍会员喜欢停下来拍这拍那，或许就是他，这个职务下次不建议安排，因为他们不知道摄影对人的要求，容易拖慢行进速度。最后一个贝贝安排了抒情队记（beibei），这个行进中是飞飞飞常水的了，回来后，要求她用英语写下自己的感受，个人感觉写的挺好的，我把她写的队记放在了附件，想看的自己点开或找我要 |
